  HTMG Operational Procedural System

HTMG has numerous sites that utilise our fully developed operational procedure system. The advantages the HTMG system are in its existing use by a range of clients, further the system incorporates internal auditing of procedures and aids the full management process of Hospitality operations.

In developing our operations system and manual we have included the following criteria

  • Systems should be documented
  • Systems must be adaptive
  • Systems must be efficient

 We have found that

  • Systems will not be carried out unless managed
  • Procedures will rarely be followed unless regularly reviewed / audited

In offering our operations manual and internal procedures auditing we include implementation training for management staff and following this if requested are available to assist in the undertaking of the procedures audit process.

We are available to fully co- ordinate existing documentation and review existing procedures for integration into the existing HTMG operations manual.
